Not enough words in the English language to sum up the brilliance! Where to start?

I reached out to Aldo and Damaris a couple of months before our trip to Florida, to enquire about a special boat trip, to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday in style.

I knew as soon as we started chatting by email that we had found our people!

We agreed on a flexible itinerary, that could tweak on the day depending on what we fancied- but we all agreed that our top priorities were seeing dolphins in their natural environment, and a trip to an unspoiled , quiet Floridian beach (we don’t do crowds!)

On the day, the moment we met Aldo and Damaris and saw their beautiful boat, we knew this was going to be special. They are the most warm, welcoming and kind people. We were immediately at ease and felt so safe with Captain Aldo’s exquisite knowledge. His sense of humour was pretty epic too

Within 45 mins of our sail, we were accompanied by the most incredible pod of dolphins who danced and played alongside the boat for quite some time! It was incredible!

We enjoyed a truly stunning, peaceful spot for the beach stop and again Aldo and Damaris had thought of everything for our comfort- beach set up, floats, snorkels, cold drinks and some pretty delicious pink fizz too! 🩷

After a stop for some Key Lime pie (recommended) it was back onto the water where Aldo gave both of our teens the opportunity to drive the boat! His guidance and teaching was just outstanding and they were both truly thrilled!

Damaris provided beautiful snacks for us, before we stopped for an incredible jump in the sea, ahead of sunset. The music was brilliant and even included our wedding song, by chance! All you need is love, by The Beatles. It could not have been more perfect. That was until we sailed back in and were joined again by a huge pod of dolphins!
Truly, incredible that they came to bid us farewell.

What Aldo and Damaris do is truly special. We honestly feel like we have made true friends, and no boat trip will ever compare. We cannot wait to spend time with our new coastal friends on our next trip to Florida. We enjoyed hearing about their lives, their family and equally they enjoyed hearing about ours!

Anything from dolphin sightings, to sunsets, to a relaxed time on the water with family and friends this is the company to use. The owner’s Aldo and Damaris are super chill. Very flexible with their time and itinerary and very reasonable with their prices. Pretty much everything that you would expect from a great time on the water you can have with this company. My wife and I Highly recommend them.

Amazing! Aldo and Damaris gave us such a beautiful day! They personalized our trip so nicely! They are so knowledgeable of the area and even the creatures we see! I would recommend them 1000%! Coastal Friends is an awesome experience!

Engagement of a Lifetime!! Aldo and Damaris went above and beyond in every possible way to deliver the evening of a lifetime. Aldo worked with me to create a custom itinerary that included dolphins, key lime pie, a surprise beach proposal, and a sunset cruise to a restaurant on the water. They both played along to pull off the surprise and created a truly magical evening.

They nailed every little detail: the boat was spotless, they played my fiancé’s favorite songs, had champagne waiting for us on the boat after the proposal, and even gave us sand bottled up from the beach where it all went to down to remember the very special day.

I cannot say enough good things about Aldo and Damaris, the experience, and would highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a special moment with friends or family.

Best private boat tour ever.. The Captain and his wife are wonderful. They made sure everything was perfect for my husband 60th birthday. I could go on and on, butI will tell you that I never felt safer or more relaxed. Thank you, Captain Aldo.

Best day ever! We had a wonderful experience with Aldo and Damaris!
We visited North Captiva and had a delicious lunch at cabbage Key. There were dolphins around us throughout the day and the captain knew lots of facts about the area that made the trip all that much better. From the start, we felt like we were out on the water with old friends. This was one of the best days of my entire life! I can’t say enough about this lovely couple and look forward to getting out there with them again. Highly recommend!

Dolphin and Sunset Cruise (Pie and Country Music) Aldo and Damaris were so friendly and provided us an amazing personalized experience. They kept us entertained with their jokes and Spotify Country music playlist. In addition, Aldo and Damaris found us the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Weather was phenomenal. We saw dolphins and even a manatee on our cruise. Key lime pie (from Grandma Dots on Sanibel Island) and stargazing topped off our unforgettable cruise. Highly recommend this tour for everyone!
